Why am I being charged a session?

You may cancel your session up to 12 hours before class begins.  If you cancel your spot within 12 hours of class, it will result in a charged session.

However, we also value the commitment of our clients and the importance of maintaining a well-structured training program. To ensure fairness and optimal scheduling for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice Period: We require a minimum of 12 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of personal training sessions.

Cancellation Methods: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made directly through our designated communication channels, such as phone call, text message, or email.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule a session with less than 12 hours' notice, the session will be considered a late cancellation. In such cases, you will be charged the full session fee.

Exceptions for Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will consider such cases on an individual basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter an unforeseen emergency situation that prevents you from attending a scheduled session.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for a scheduled session without any prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show." In such cases, you will be charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session with more than 12 hours' notice, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on trainer availability. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Trainer Cancellations: In the event that your assigned trainer needs to cancel a session with less than 12 hours' notice, we will offer you a makeup session at a time that is mutually convenient or provide a refund for the canceled session.

Package Expiration: Personal training sessions purchased as part of a package must be used within a specific timeframe, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Unused sessions that have expired will not be refunded or rescheduled.

By engaging in our personal training services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy. We believe this policy is fair to both our clients and trainers, ensuring a consistent and reliable training experience for everyone involved.
